Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Boundless as Product Manager and shape the growth of our global employment platform. You will advocate for users, work with internal stakeholders, and solve validated problems. This is a remote-first role based in Europe, offering a base salary of €100,000 - €120,000, plus equity.

Responsibilities

• Advocating for all users
• Reporting into CPTO and working alongside internal stakeholders to solve validated problems
• Creating an actionable roadmap for bringing vision to production
• Prioritizing roadmap work vs ad-hoc needs
• Understanding individual problems through research and talking to stakeholders
• Developing software solutions to address validated user problems
• Fielding engineering team for input on solution design
• Translating solutions into actionable specifications
• Implementing phased approaches for larger pieces of work
• Owning delivery and management of feature release
• Coordinating internal systems changes
• Defining and tracking success criteria for features
• QA strategy and planning alongside CPTO
• Running and improving processes across software development lifecycle
• Documentation across the board
