Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Colibri as a Senior Product Manager and lead the development and management of our real estate education product portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, collaborate with various teams (Content Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales), and define product strategy and roadmaps. This role involves working directly with customers to improve products and key metrics (NPS, completion, license attainment, and real estate success). You will also establish best practices for product management and standardize our approach to pre-licensing education. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, strong collaboration skills, and B2C product experience. Experience in real estate or education is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in Product Management
• Strong collaboration skills to work with a variety of groups
• B2C product experience
• Strong experience being detail orientated, driving projects and ensuring on time delivery
• The ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility is critical to this role, as the portfolio has a large number of stakeholders and significant revenue expectations for the business

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for the business portfolio
• Work with customers to understand how the Real Estate products can be improved to meet their needs, with focus on improving key metrics, including NPS, completion, license attainment, and success in real estate
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the organization to drive initiatives and projects forward and launch new products to the market, while maintaining the existing portfolio
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and lead initiatives focused on increasing the revenue for the Real Estate business
• Facilitate the development of best practices in Product Management that are leveraged by the product management team
