Summary

The job is for a Product Manager at Deel, a fast-growing global company that offers tools to help businesses hire talent worldwide. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the payroll space or similar, and strong financial acumen. The employee will analyze customer problems, create solutions, take ownership of projects, and work closely with other teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)
• Strong financial acumen, having built B2B financial products at scale
• Independent and autonomous leader
• Understanding of both UX and UI
• Can lead and bring other product teams on board to deliver

Responsibilities

• Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify pain points
• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems
• Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots
• Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release
