Summary

The company seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the ideation, definition, and execution of key features in Faro's core Study Designer product and its associated systems. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in physical or life sciences, statistics or computer science disciplines, and at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. Duties include gathering user feedback and insights, mentoring junior product managers, and maintaining an objective view of competitors and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in physical or life sciences, statistics or computer science disciplines
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Product Manager role at high performing technology organizations
• A technical background ideally with some coding experience
• Demonstrated ability to quickly gain domain expertise in new industries and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective and inclusive project management expertise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, definition, and execution of key features in Faro’s core Study Designer product and its associated systems
• Mentor and support junior product managers and other team members
• Drive the product feature release plans with detailed schedules, phases, milestones, and launch dates
• Gather and synthesize user feedback and insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and product specifications
• Formulate, track, analyze, and communicate metrics to guide product success and evolution
• Deeply understand the clinical development process and its challenges and pain points

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years working with life science companies
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, platforms, and tools and their application to real world problems
