Summary

Join our team at dentolo as a Product Manager to drive user acquisition and growth, aligned with business objectives. Define and implement a product strategy, develop and maintain a product roadmap, and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on user acquisition, growth, or related areas
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and the technical aspects of product development
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and comfortable making data-driven decisions
  • Passion for understanding and solving customer needs, with a focus on creating seamless and engaging user experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with the ability to pivot quickly based on changing priorities or market conditions

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a product strategy that drives user acquisition and growth, aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap focused on acquisition goals, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Partner with marketing, sales, data, design, research and engineering teams to build, launch, and iterate on acquisition-focused products and features
  • Communicate progress, insights, and results to stakeholders, providing transparency into the acquisition product roadmap and performance
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition strategies, and continuously refine the approach based on performance metrics
  • Empathize with our product, industry and our customers by working closely with our research team to build acquisition strategies
  • Contribute to the Design and execution of A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features for better user acquisition and conversion
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process for acquisition-related features, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while working closely with our engineers
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market
