Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably within the hospitality technology sector or enterprise SaaS
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed product decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executives, partners, and customers
- Comfortable working with engineering teams to evaluate product implementation approaches, balance trade-offs, and break down technical projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for GameTime, ensuring alignment with Duettoβs overall mission and customer needs
- Conduct deep market analysis to understand the pricing and revenue management challenges of limited-service hotels, refining GameTime to address these needs effectively
- Work with engineering and design teams to develop new features, improve automation, and enhance usability for limited-service hotel operators
- Gather direct customer feedback, identify pain points, and validate product enhancements to ensure GameTime delivers measurable value
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, support go-to-market strategies, and improve the customer experience
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics for GameTime, using data-driven insights to iterate and enhance the product
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with revenue management systems and the unique needs of limited-service hotels is a strong plus
