Join OLX as a Senior Product Manager to lead Supply & Advertise, a key area driving growth and monetization in our motors marketplace. You will own the end-to-end experience for how dealers and brands advertise and manage car inventory on our platform. This role focuses on rapid experimentation, data-informed decisions, and AI prototyping. Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, sales, operations, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of product management experience in marketplaces or B2B platforms, demonstrating success in growth product roles and strong data fluency. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, identify growth opportunities, and build a deep understanding of dealer needs. Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, classifieds, or B2B platforms
- Demonstrated success in growth product roles: experimentation, funnel optimization, conversion improvements
- Strong data fluency: can work with analytics, A/B testing tools, dashboards, and use metrics to drive decision-making
- Experience building or using AI-powered product tooling (e.g. Figma AI, Lovable, prompt engineering)
- A strong sense of humility, curiosity, and a team-first mindset
- You care deeply about user experience and build with empathy
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- You are required to be proficient in English
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supply & Advertise (used/new car dealer supply, OEM supply, ad posting/management, inventory tools). Establish clear success metrics, and build both short-term execution and long-term product bets to drive measurable impact
- Growth, Experimentation & Validation: Identify opportunities for supply growth through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, funnel diagnostics, and rapid iterations. Use AI tools to create early prototypes and validate problem-solution fit before investing in full builds
- User & Market Insights: Build a deep understanding of dealer workflows, pain points, and motivations through qualitative research, analytics, competitor analysis, and user interviews. Translate insights into meaningful product features and enhancements
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and analytics to ship high-quality products at speed. Ensure strong discovery + delivery loops. Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure product-market fit, internal alignment, and go-to-market readiness. Act as a bridge between user needs and business goals, driving internal alignment and inspiring your team
