Summary

Join DuploCloud as a Senior Product Manager and lead key areas of our cloud platform, driving alignment across engineering, customers, and go-to-market teams. This highly cross-functional role demands strong technical expertise, preferably in DevOps or cloud infrastructure, and a passion for solving developer problems. You will own product roadmaps, collaborate with customers, coordinate multiple engineering teams, translate complex workflows into user-friendly experiences, and work with various teams to ensure successful product launches. Data-driven decision-making and presentations to diverse audiences are crucial. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure, along with hands-on experience with infrastructure and strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure
  • Previously worked as a DevOps engineer, SRE, or cloud architect , or have equivalent hands-on experience with infrastructure
  • Have strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP โ€”and can speak fluently about their differences and tradeoffs
  • Understand modern DevOps tooling and practices, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform , and infrastructure-as-code
  • Excel at coordinating complex technical projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Are comfortable presenting to a variety of audiencesโ€”from customers to webinars
  • Are highly organized, self-driven, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for major components of the DuploCloud platform, from concept to launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with customers to deeply understand feature requests, pain points, and use cases
  • Coordinate across multiple engineering teams , managing dependencies, cross-team communication, and timelines
  • Translate complex DevOps workflows into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences
  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption
  • Present roadmaps and product updates to customers, partners, and executive stakeholders
  • Use data to continuously evaluate product performance and drive iterative improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect , Azure Administrator , or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are a plus
  • Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are also a bonus but not required
