Requirements

  • 10 + years experience as product owner or product manager in agile environments
  • Experience working with whiteboard products or ad tech products
  • Excellent analytical skills and pragmatic service oriented personality
  • Excellent ability to recognize relationships and dependencies between feature teams and implementations
  • Willingness to learn about an ever-changing field
  • Knowledge of current tools and techniques of Product development as well as agile methods (Lean, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Deep understanding of UX and IT topics
  • Pronounced communication abilities that help you to align with stakeholders and understand complex problems
  • Proven responsibility for full product scope, not only one particular features
  • Proactive, motivating team player with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Working knowledge of product delivery management, release management and SDLC
  • High proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Shape, sharpen and operationalize the product vision to drive, support and fulfill the company strategy and deliver sustainable competitive advantage in operating markets
  • Research and analyze markets, competitors and customer groups with the goal of further development of products
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps based on the product vision
  • Manage product managers in your tribe to improve their abilities and reach clear measurable results
  • Challenge things that aren't proven to work and be brave enough to pull the plug early on
  • Customer centered development of user stories, epics and backlog items
  • Conceptualize new features and business processes and continually improve the current ones
  • Analyze and prioritize business requirements
  • End-to-End management of product and feature delivery including stakeholder management
  • Drive projects by KPIs and defined milestones
  • Create business cases to help the prioritization of requirements and concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background or good knowledge of modern web and cloud technologies
  • Fluent in French (a plus)
