Summary

The Senior Product Manager role involves utilizing advanced strategic skills to create a long-term product vision and roadmap, managing product strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and leading efforts on setting goals and defining success. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in product management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with agile development methodologies. Preferred qualifications include experience with blockchain technologies and staking protocols. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field)
• Proven experience (7+ years) in product management role or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced strategic skills to create a long-term product vision and roadmap
• Manage product strategy, re-evaluating on a quarterly basis
• Drive cross-functional alignment as the Voice of the Customer through market research
• Understand and contribute to business model and profitability
• Partner with marketing and business development teams on the Go to Market Strategy
• Apply highly proficient tactical skills to manage requirements with the product team(s)
• Partner with the Engineering Manager to deliver software through the Software Development Life Cycle, measuring and reporting progress towards strategic goals
• Use Agile methods to improve planning and delivery of the product
• Partner with design team to initiate and execute User Centered Design studies
• Analyze product usage metrics; prioritizing backlog as informed by user data
• Lead efforts on setting goals, defining success and motivating teams
