As a Product Manager, you will own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Freshpaint platform. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to build solutions impacting customers and achieving business goals. This role demands strategic thinking about investment levels to maximize ROI, direct engagement with customers and prospects, and close collaboration with engineering for efficient product delivery. You will also be responsible for product discovery, communicating roadmaps effectively, setting clear goals, and measuring initiative performance. Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Natural leadership and ability to make things happen
- Great at managing project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
- Proven frameworks for defining and analyzing metrics that inform the success of the products you own
- Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical business teams, such as selling teams or revenue ops, on product vision, strategy, and execution
- Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, and to customers
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you
- You have experience working in agile software development teams and youโre oriented towards shipping product quickly, frequently and iteratively
- You are comfortable wearing many hats and have an entrepreneurial spirit - from design, to product narrative, to go to market impact
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Freshpaint platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally with eng, marketing and selling teams to define and build solutions that impact our customers and help achieve our new business, renewal and expansion goals
- Think strategically about the level of investment required (MVP, prototype, multi-phase release) to maximize ROI
- Engage directly and frequently with customers, prospects, partners and go to market teams to understand their needs and define product offerings that deliver performance marketing in a legally blessed way
- Collaborate with your engineering partners to quickly deliver high-quality products that maximize resource investment, technical complexity, and time to market. You focus on delivering immediate value to customers in the shortest time possible
- You are deeply curious about our customers and will own the product discovery process through market research, customer discovery and can communicate those learnings into the why behind our product initiatives
- Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions internally and externally in a way that both technical and non-technical teams can understand
- Form clear product goals and measure and evaluate the performance of your initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Martech and Adtech experience is not a must, but a plus
