Requirements

- Customer-Centric: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, utilizing design thinking and a customer-centric approach to product development
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and integration partners
- Proactive: A bias for action, with a hands-on approach to addressing issues and taking initiative
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy
- Lead the development and continuous update of the product roadmap
- Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new features
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics
- Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to analyze geolocation data, identify fraud trends, and implement robust preventative measures
- Serve as a primary advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their feedback and needs are integral to product development
- Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Conduct deep market and customer research to gather insights and validate product concepts
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets high design standards
- Ensure the product complies with relevant security and privacy regulations
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Manage product budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Develop and implement processes to operationalize new product features
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials
