Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in delivering successful products in a product management role, with a proven track record
  • 3+ years of experience in the iGaming Industry
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge and product instincts, with a background in engineering and the ability to make informed product/tech trade-offs
  • Customer-Centric: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, utilizing design thinking and a customer-centric approach to product development
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and integration partners
  • Proactive: A bias for action, with a hands-on approach to addressing issues and taking initiative
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Define, refine, and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy
  • Lead the development and continuous update of the product roadmap
  • Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new features
  • Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics
  • Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to analyze geolocation data, identify fraud trends, and implement robust preventative measures
  • Serve as a primary advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their feedback and needs are integral to product development
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Conduct deep market and customer research to gather insights and validate product concepts
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets high design standards
  • Ensure the product complies with relevant security and privacy regulations
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Manage product budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Develop and implement processes to operationalize new product features
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials
