Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on web products and technologies
  • Proven experience in leading desired website overhauls and enhancements, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
  • Deep understanding of website performance optimization, scalability, A/B testing, tracking, SEO, and integrations
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HEAP)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies and empowered product teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the website that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives
  • Lead and work as an empowered product team to work against clearly defined outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Ensure close alignment with the marketing stakeholders, who are the key business owners of the website
  • Oversee the complete overhaul of the website, ensuring it is state-of-the-art in terms of speed, scalability, user experience, and functionality
  • Implement robust A/B testing frameworks to continuously test and iterate on new functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Ensure the website is equipped with comprehensive tracking tools to monitor performance, user behavior, and key metrics
  • Optimize the website for search engines and ensure seamless integrations with leading Martech platforms
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into the website strategy
