Remote Senior Product Manager, AI/ML

Summary

Join Grafana Labs as a Product Manager for AI and drive the roadmap of our Sift, Forecasting, Outlier, and LLM plugin features. Develop a deep understanding of how to apply AI technologies to address customer challenges in observability.

Requirements

• A BSBA/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management
• 3+ years of experience working on a B2B SaaS product
• Experience with AI, ML and GenAI in particular
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
• Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
• Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, while providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
• Work closely with Product Marketing to explain our tracing platform’s unique differentiation to Go-To-Market teams, creating documentation, blog posts, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers
• Use your deep product expertise to make decisions about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering
