Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Grow Therapy, a rapidly growing mental healthcare technology company, as a Product Manager. You will own the product roadmap and strategy for provider onboarding and activation, creating a frictionless experience for therapists joining the platform. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, recruitment, and operations teams to achieve business goals. Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience (startup, marketplace and healthcare experience is also a plus but not required)
• Comfortable working with a complex surface area and integrations
• Collaborative. You have experience working with designers and engineering teams
• User Empathy. You relish talking to users, understanding their unique pain points, and using that deep understanding to build products from first principles
• Scrappy. You’ll do anything to achieve your goal. You know how to think on the fly and persist through setbacks and roadblocks and to motivate your teammates to do the same

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for our provider onboarding and activation experience
• Leverage research, analysis, and experimentation, synthesize those learnings, and use it to create a frictionless provider experiences
• Work closely with engineering, provider recruitment, and operations teams to ensure we meet operational and business goals
• Drive scalability, reliability, and usability improvements
• Set best practices and culture for product at Grow: You'll play a huge role in deciding how we hire and recruit product managers in the future
