- 5+ years experience in Product Management
- Track record of delivering results that elevate the user experience while delivering business value
- Ability to empathize with customers and turn their pain points into opportunities for improvements
- Strong interpersonal & comms skills
- Able to navigate ambiguity and balance the needs of today with strategic long term goals
Responsibilities
- Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area, that aligns with the broader 401(k) and company vision
- Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend user and business requirements, transforming them into actionable and impactful roadmaps that empower developers to execute confidently
- Set KPIs and measurement baselines to ensure your product is moving in the right direction for user and business health
- Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams while approaching opportunities with an emphasis on scalable growth
- Manage the full lifecycle of your product from ideation to launching
- Define and executing the product strategy for existing and future product offerings
- Analyzing data and customer feedback
- Communicating the product vision and roadmap to cross functional stakeholders
- Work closely with the development and design teams to prioritize and manage the backlog
- Ensure the team is delivering high-quality, user-centered products that meet business goals and customer needs
