Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping impactful products
• Understanding of Identity providers and solutions, including multifactor authentication methods, recovery codes, and identity management
• Understanding of authorization and authentication frameworks
• A strong focus and ability to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively in every situation. You use your communication skills to motivate your team, communicate with your manager and other Jane team members about what you’re working on and have the ability to build incredibly deep trust as a result
• You’re able to work through challenges by working to get everyone rowing in the same direction
• You’re able to inspire your team to do the best work of their careers
• Healthcare (adjacent) experience

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery to innovate on the most effective ways to improve the connection between Jane and its users
• Help helpers protect their access to their accounts through improved authentication mechanisms
• Make it easier for practice owners to manage staff permissions in their Jane account
• Increase patient engagement with the Jane ecosystem
• Shape the future of Identity by working cross-collaboratively to deliver impactful changes to one of Jane’s most essential experiences
