Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on APIs and third-party integrations
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability in using data to inform product strategies and decision-making
- Collaborative Mindset: Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Customer-Centric Focus: Skilled in driving customer discovery and research, proficient in balancing customer feedback with business objectives and technical feasibility to achieve optimal results
- Proficient in Agile Methodologies: Experienced in implementing and applying agile practices to drive product development and enhance team collaboration
- Committed to Mentoring: Dedicated to guiding and supporting junior Product Managers through knowledge-sharing and collaboration within Juro's Product community
Responsibilities
- Lead the Vision: Shape the future of integrations at Juro, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and customer needs
- Collaborative Execution: Partner with the Partnerships Manager to identify integration opportunities that enrich user experience and deepen customer loyalty
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise a robust data-driven mindset to set and measure success metrics, iterating on product offerings based on user feedback and analytics
- User-Centric Approach: Understand the full contract lifecycle, identifying touchpoints where integrations can provide meaningful solutions and improve workflows
- Agile Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of integrations within an agile framework
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the subject matter expert, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and prioritise integration features
