Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management within a SaaS environment, with a strong track record of launching impactful integrations
  • Deep understanding of software design and data structures, with the technical acumen to drive development forward
  • Technical Proficiency and deep understanding of third-party APIs, partnerships, and integration ecosystems
  • Analytical skills and strong ability to interpret customer needs, market data, and competitive insights to evaluate opportunities and measure business impact
  • Strategic thinking, strong prioritization skills, with a data-driven approach to balancing competing opportunities
  • Leadership & communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Skilled in building alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in planning and executing product development cycles, delivering innovative solutions efficiently. Experience in managing a product development team. Ability to lead, hold the team accountable, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering solutions that simplify workflows and enhance the customer experience
  • Resourceful and adaptable, with a strong "can-do" attitude. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive decision-making, and achieve results
  • Quick learner with a willingness to embrace feedback, adjust rapidly, and move forward with a positive attitude
  • Experience crafting and executing launch and go to market strategies for integrations, driving adoption, and measuring success
  • AI awareness: Closely monitoring and incorporating AI advancements into product strategy

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential integration opportunities aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends
  • Prioritize integrations based on customer value, market impact, and technical feasibility
  • Proactively engage and build strong relationships with integration partners to identify co-marketing opportunities and assess their value
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations, from ideation and requirements gathering to execution and launch. Deliver MRDs and PRDs, lead cross-functional teams to design, build and launch integrations, ensure seamless implementation and integration reliability
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless integrations that enhance customer experience and enable access to new audiences through partner ecosystems
  • Partner with product marketing managers (PMMs) and partnership managers to design go-to-market strategies that highlight the integrations’ business value and drive user adoption
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of integrations post-launch, and continuously iterate on existing integrations based on performance data and user feedback
  • Define integration strategies and maintain a robust integration roadmap aligned with LearnWorlds' mission, strategy and business goals
  • Stay ahead of trends in APIs, SaaS ecosystems, and the integration landscape to maintain a competitive edge
