Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI-driven or tech-focused companies
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with external development teams
• Strong leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding Product Owners
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), with a focus on continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a solid understanding of how AI can be leveraged in product development
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on delivery

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs
• Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with external development teams
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners (POs), fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and strategic thinking
• Optimize and refine Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and cross-team collaboration
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve product offerings
• Prioritize product initiatives effectively, balancing business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility
• Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define clear roadmaps and delivery plans
• Analyze product performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions
