Summary

As a Product Manager, you will focus on e-commerce and contactless EMV payments experience, collaborating with engineering teams, UX designers, business stakeholders, and fellow Product Managers to build an integrated, best-in-class payment experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in payment technologies, including eCommerce and cEMV processing across complex value chains
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, PCI, and security standards
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships in the payment space and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Approachable, patient, and an excellent communicator; a collaborative team player
  • Experience leading the delivery of complex and innovative solutions
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Pragmatic problem solver with the ability to balance trade-offs and simplify processes, while keeping a long-term perspective

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the payments space, including market trends, transit payments, and commercial offerings
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, transport agencies, and partners to define problems and identify appropriate solutions using frameworks like PR FAQs and User Journeys
  • Work closely with software engineers to test outcomes and ensure product success, balancing constraints and desired results
  • Gain a broad understanding of the entire Justride platform while maintaining a deep focus on your product area
  • Communicate product behavior, new features, and improvements to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Define and deliver the cEMV product roadmap, balancing competing priorities like new integrations, product features, and technology improvements
  • Identify and foster partnerships across the payments ecosystem to enhance customer value and experience
  • Create sales enablement materials to support Business Development and Account Management teams
