Summary

Join Maze, a Series B-funded startup building the future of product research, as a Product Manager. You will spend significant time understanding customer needs, developing product roadmaps, empowering your team, and driving customer-focused decisions. You will collaborate cross-functionally and build scalable processes. The position is fully remote but limited to candidates in the Eastern Time Zone of the U.S. and Canada. Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company
  • You have experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making
  • You have high customer empathy and product craft, with a strong attention to detail
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator, able to articulate the rational behind your recommendations
  • You have a proven track record of shaping and launching products in ambiguous and evolving settings
  • You have high sense of agency and thrive in environment that value extreme ownership
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • You have a learning and growth mindset
  • You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success

Responsibilities

  • Spend a lot of time with our customers and users to deeply understand their needs
  • Develop key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with our product vision
  • Empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
  • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with with leadership, go-to-market teams, integration partners, and other key stakeholders across the company
  • Build processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth
