Summary

Join MeridianLink as a Senior Product Manager and play a vital role in driving corporate strategy, product-level P&Ls, and operating rhythms for MeridianLink Consumer and MeridianLink Opening products. Oversee the product roadmap, Go-To-Market strategy, and pricing. Act as a liaison between market/business requirements and engineering, advocating for the product and coordinating with Product Owners. Maximize the output of development teams, prioritize the roadmap, analyze user and market data, gather customer feedback, and understand user needs. Requirements

  • Professional Expertise: Perform difficult tasks independently, supporting seasoned peers and management on more complex aspects
  • Analytical Skills: Work on problems of large scope, often varied and routine, requiring a review of various factors
  • Judgment: Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Problem-Solving: Apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems
  • Relationship Building: Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
  • Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in building consumer lending and/or deposit account opening technology is strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Product Success: Maximize the output of the matrixed development teams, working with Product Owners to ensure timely and successful delivery of roadmap initiatives
  • Roadmap Prioritization and Strategic Planning: Drive product roadmap prioritization, clearly express product backlog items, order items to best achieve goals, and optimize the value of the team's work
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user data and market data to identify product opportunities
  • Customer Collaboration: Gather direct voice of customer from customers, partners, and other stakeholders. Act as a point of escalation to support customers and other internal departments on product-related items
  • Customer Understanding: Understand user and customer needs, working across departments to bring the product to life and communicate the voice of the customer
