Summary

Join MongoDB as a Senior ERP Product Manager and lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our ERP business systems, including NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur. You will be responsible for ensuring our financial, procurement, and expense management systems are scalable and user-friendly. This role requires strong strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience managing ERP and business systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur
  • Proven success in implementing and optimizing business systems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of financial, procurement, and expense management processes and best practices
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with platforms like Salesforce or HRIS solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (including SuiteBilling, ARM, Multi-Books), Coupa, Concur, and related tools
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory standards, including SOX, GDPR, and ITGC

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the ERP product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, outlining milestones, timelines, and priorities for system enhancements and new features
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation
  • Build strong relationships with the Finance team and other key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, BSAs, Admins, and Finance leaders, to ensure alignment on system requirements and deliverables
  • Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that address both current and future business needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of system enhancements, integrations, and automation solutions
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and business goals
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that systems are intuitive and meet the diverse needs of users
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and support resources to drive user adoption and system effectiveness
  • Monitor the performance of ERP systems and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Continuously assess internal processes, user feedback, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations
  • Conduct retrospectives to refine processes and optimize the delivery of ERP solutions
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to ERP team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ITGC) and implement robust security and governance practices
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations, to ensure optimal delivery of services
