Senior Product Manager in Singapore

Summary

OKX is a digital asset exchange and blockchain ecosystems company with over 50 million users in 180 countries. The Affiliate team is responsible for driving user growth through the Affiliate program and product designs. The role involves leading the development and execution of growth strategies, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data and metrics, using SQL to extract and analyze data, and developing and executing go-to-market plans for new products or features. To be successful in this role, candidates should have solid experience in product management, data analytics, agile methodologies, and data analysis. Proficiency in SQL is required. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry, experience in user growth, especially influencer marketing, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

Requirements

• Solid years of experience in product management, data analytics or a related field
• Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using data to inform decision making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments
• Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred
• Experience in user growth, especially influencer marketing preferred
