Senior Product Manager in Singapore

Summary

OKX is seeking a junior trading product manager to join their social trading team. The successful candidate will conduct market research, maintain copy trading systems, design and execute specific product features, and possess strong logical thinking, curiosity, communication skills, data analysis abilities, creativity, and teamwork. Nice-to-have qualifications include an in-depth understanding of trading products and experience with user experience design or trading financial products.

Requirements

• Be proactive, self-driven, and good at teamwork. Possess rigorous logical thinking
• Strong curiosity and research skills: Capable of quickly developing deep understanding in unfamiliar domains
• Skilled in backend product design: Possesses strong logical thinking, with experience in backend design for trading systems being a plus
• Good at discovering demands from the perspective of user growth, and be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with other stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative engagement strategies

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth competitor and user research in the crypto social trading sector, gain insights into user needs and market trends, provide constructive suggestions for business development, and formulate medium and short-term business plans
• Copy Trading System Maintenance: Participate in the underlying mechanism design of trading and copy trading systems, continuously expand and optimize the copy trading model based on specific product features and needs, and improve overall performance
• Product Design and Execution: Collaborate efficiently with the product development team, design and implement specific product features, and achieve the goal of improving user experience and driving user growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an in-depth understanding of trading products, especially familiar with crypto trading, Bot trading or crypto KOL
• Experience in user experience of designing or trading financial products such as crypto, stocks, funds, forex, futures, and options is preferred
