Senior Product Manager

Join PandaDoc as a Senior Product Manager, Quote-to-Cash and drive the vision and execution of integrating billing into our ecosystem. You will deliver a unified CPQ and billing experience that saves time for Sales and Revenue teams. This role requires 4–5 years in product management, ideally in billing, payments, or subscription management, along with a proven track record of leading product development. Technical acumen, customer focus, and execution excellence are essential. Requirements

• 4–5 years in product management, ideally in billing, payments, or subscription management
• Proven track record of leading product development in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Solid understanding of subscription workflows, billing systems, and payment gateways
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations related to billing and payment systems
• Strong empathy for user pain points and the ability to translate them into impactful solutions
• Skilled in user research and incorporating feedback into iterative product development
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful product launches
• Strong organizational skills for managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and delivering on deadlines
