Summary

Pulley is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their equity management team and lead the equity foundations product. The role involves owning the roadmap and execution of Pulley’s Equity management - foundations product, working cross-functionally with engineering and design, researching and understanding equity management workflows, interacting directly with customers, and gathering and prioritizing product requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution of Pulley’s Equity management - foundations product
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and design to build a cohesive experience for managing equity on Pulley
• Research and understand in detail the technicalities and workflows around managing equity
• Interact directly with customers to learn their workflow and understand their pain points
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product meets customer satisfaction and business goals
• Act as a primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams
