Senior Product Manager

• Drive the product strategy and execution for SmartRecruiters' API platform and career sites
• Focus on enhancing seamless connectivity through APIs and creating a superior candidate experience via innovative career site solutions
• Define and manage the product roadmap for the API platform and career sites
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, market analysis, and strategic alignment
• Analyze product performance, gather feedback to drive continuous improvement, and make a business case for initiatives that you believe will bring true value to SR and our customers
• Engage with customers and partners to understand requirements and provide support
• Track competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation
• Be the voice for your product area; inspire team members and stakeholders of the impact and opportunity ahead

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with career site platforms or recruitment technology is highly desirable
