Summary

The Senior Product Manager, Experimentation will lead experimentation strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and user experience. They will define and execute the experimentation strategy, designing and implementing A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on experimentation and optimization
• Exceptional proficiency in technical skills and adeptness in utilizing optimization tools, CMS platforms, and related technologies
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in key product metrics through A/B testing and other experimentation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

Benefits

National pay range for this role is $135,000 - $147,500; individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience
