Summary

Join a leading insurtech company, Sure, that empowers brands and carriers to distribute digital insurance products quickly. Reporting to Connect's General Manager, the product owner will scale and optimize existing products, build new innovations, and lead cross-functional teams to drive growth. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, strong leadership skills, and some development and analytics experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with increasing level of responsibility and independence
• An ability to understand and craft effective strategies to resolve complex business problems
• Demonstrated track record of success building, shipping, and iterating on high-value products in an agile software development environment
• Strong iterative design practices and platform oriented design
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap of the Connect product, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, execute growth initiatives, and drive product development
• Develop and implement growth strategies based on diverse inputs such as market trends, revenue data, customer feedback, and user behaviors
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance product scalability and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience with development technologies such as JavaScript, PHP/Ruby/Python, and SQL
• Some experience with one or more of the following: Segment, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or a comparable web analytics service
