Requirements

  • A B2C Ad Product Manager with 5+ years and proven accomplishments leading the product development lifecycle from concept (briefs, wireframes, PRDs), through development (sprint planning/grooming, roadmapping), through launch (Go-To-Market, A/B testing, rollouts, and general availability)
  • Must have specialization within the iOS/Android mobile ad tech ecosystem, ad products (especially native formats), Google Ad Manager (GAM), and integrating ad network SDKs
  • Familiarity with Ad metrics (Requests, Fill, Render Rates, Impressions, CPM, CTR, CPA), with bonus points if you have prior Ad Operations (trafficking, yield optimization) experience
  • Experience gathering First Party Data, key value targeting, and funnelling internal data to GAM
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations across Product Design, Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Engineering, Data, Marketing, User Research, Legal, and Finance

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment and clarity with key stakeholders on overarching product strategy, business priorities, and roadmap and link them to key customer and business outcomes
  • Negotiate and set clear expectations about what you need to meet key objectives and the ROI your work will deliver
  • Create requirements documents that clearly define the functionality and capabilities, articulating what and why to your pod and stakeholders
  • Participate in standups, sprint planning, and team alignment meetings to ensure your pod has a clear understanding of the scope of work, milestones, and timelines of each feature (or bug)ย in the development roadmap
  • Be accountable for the quality of your productย and how it impacts our customers' experience and our appโ€™s performance
  • Be the expert in what your customers need - gather and synthesize direct customer feedback, insights, qualitative and quantitative data to inform a user-centric approach that solves customer pain points
  • Be accountable for the target metrics and outcomes to measure success of each feature, write experimentation documents, and iterate rapidly as you assess performance and find areas for improvement and optimization
  • Drive clarity and alignment across key stakeholders (Product Design, Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Engineering, Data, Marketing, User Research, Legal, and Finance) with clear communication throughout the Product Development Lifecycle
