Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally focusing on billing platforms and payment rails
• Strong understanding of the business market and its unique billing requirements
• Experience working across multiple engineering teams, managing and understanding technical requirements
• Practical agile product development experience

Responsibilities

• Defining the vision and the strategy for the future of Tide’s Billing Platform alongside our Business teams
• Collaborating with all product areas to successfully bill and charge users
• Helping improve ways of working and day-to-day processes so that multiple stakeholders are aligned with complex billing issues
• Monitoring, own and understand KPIs for billing and charges, making data driven decisions and recommendations for the improvement of the processes
• Lead creative solutions as to how we make our billing and charging processes a USP for Tide
