Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on martech/adtech platforms and marketing automation tools
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to build data-driven marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data management, and their application in advertising and personalization
• Hands-on experience with marketing technology (martech) or advertising technology (adtech) ecosystems, including campaign management, targeting, and personalization
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly solutions for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management and leadership abilities to drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly with marketing, eCommerce, or media platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of MarTech/AdTech platforms that enable our Marketing Team members to autonomously set up and serve ads using data from the Customer Data Platform (CDP), without reliance on technical resources
• Drive the personalization of content across consumer touchpoints, working with marketing teams to enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate closely with data science teams to leverage data insights for optimizing advertising campaigns and content personalization strategies
• Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and consumer needs
• Ensure platform scalability and flexibility to support ongoing marketing automation and personalization initiatives
• Foster strong partnerships with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to deliver seamless integration across systems and tools
