Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 years in AI/ML or data-driven product areas
- Proven success in managing products that deliver customer communications across multiple channels (e.g., email, SMS, push)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, including personalization algorithms, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-driven communication capabilities within our SaaS B2B platform
- Own integrations to 3rd party communication partners
- Align product initiatives with customer needs and business objectives, focusing on driving measurable client outcomes such as increased engagement and conversion rates
- Own product KPIs, including channel performance, personalization accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Accountable for the delivery of product initiatives bridging technical and business requirements from end to end
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve communication effectiveness
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build and refine communication treatments for client use cases like audience segmentation, message personalization, and predictive communication timing
- Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML trends and technologies
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their pain points, workflows, and goals, translating insights into impactful features
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize development efforts and improve the customer experience
- Develop features that allow clients to tailor communication strategies to their unique business requirements
- Work closely with research, design, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving alignment
- Ensure all communication capabilities meet data privacy, compliance, and ethical standards relevant to B2B use cases
- Design solutions that scale for enterprise clients with large user bases and complex communication workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with highly regulated products and financial services is desired
- Familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., Twilio, SBT, Omnivery, ) is a plus
