Summary
Join TrueML, a mission-driven financial software company, as a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of AI-powered workflow capabilities for our SaaS B2B platform. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. This role requires strong AI/ML expertise, customer-centric development skills, and stakeholder collaboration. You will ensure compliance and scalability while driving measurable client outcomes. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year in AI/ML or data-driven product areas
- Proven success in managing products that automate and optimize business processes
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, including machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and process optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ driven workflow capabilities including CMS within our SaaS B2B platform
- Own integrations with 3rd party workflow and automation partners
- Align product initiatives with customer needs and business objectives, focusing on driving measurable client outcomes such as increased efficiency and reduced operational costs
- Own product KPIs, including automation rates, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Accountable for the delivery of product initiatives, bridging technical and business requirements from end to end
- Identify opportunities to innovate introducing new AI orchestrated operations offerings
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build and refine AI-powered workflow solutions, such as intelligent task routing, automated decision-making, and predictive analytics for process optimization
- Explore and evaluate virtual call center solutions and how they can utilize TMLP's ML optimization models to enhance customer interactions and streamline call center operations
- Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML trends and technologies relevant to workflow automation and optimization
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their pain points, workflows, and goals, translating insights into impactful features
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize development efforts and improve the customer experience
- Develop features that allow clients to tailor workflow solutions to their unique business requirements
- Work closely with research, design, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving alignment
- Ensure all workflow capabilities meet data privacy, compliance, and ethical standards relevant to B2B use cases
- Design solutions that scale for enterprise clients with large user bases and complex workflow requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with virtual call center technologies is a plus
- Experience with highly regulated products and financial services is desired
