Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product Management roles with a proven track record of success in regulated industries
  • Proficiency with Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira; familiarity with Agile principles
  • Deep understanding of product operations and the ability to improve processes for better outcomes
  • Hands-on experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and ongoing iteration
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on product strategy and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex product strategies to diverse audiences
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Product and other PMs to optimize product operations to improve efficiency, transparency, and outcomes across the product lifecycle
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Drive Scrum processes, facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and use Jira to manage and track progress effectively
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable product plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product updates, roadmaps, and priorities, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders at all levels
  • Use analytics to inform decisions, continuously refining and improving product offerings
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our offerings
  • Work in a highly regulated environment ensuring compliance with security and external stakeholder requirements
