Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Pismo's Lending Squad and play a key role in managing the entire loan lifecycle, from simulation to completion. You will focus on total debt amount handling, delivering value to financial institutions, IT areas, and credit officers by automating loan product creation and maintenance. This role involves mapping and evaluating requirements, building product roadmaps, generating artifacts (user stories, workflows, etc.), maintaining the product backlog, participating in testing, driving stakeholder communication, and collaborating with various internal teams. You will exercise self-directed leadership, serve as a go-to resource for stakeholders, and contribute to new feature development by tracking the lending business environment. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of working in the Lending Product environment
• Previous Experience in an Agile Environment (familiarity with Dual Track, Kanban,Jira, Miro and other commonly used tools)
• Great Communication Skills
• Willingness to Learn and to Teach
• Experience working closely with the technology teams and a variety of internal and external stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Map, evaluate and record intakes and requirements that can deliver value for the Lending Platform Target Customer Profile
• Build quarterly milestones for the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery
• Generate artifacts that convert valid intakes into clear and concise requirements (User Stories, Journeys, Workflows, One Pagers, Presentations, Spreadsheets...)
• Maintain product backlog and roadmap organized according to prioritizations from market, business and internal demands. - seeking to optimise delivery of value to customers (current and future) and to Pismo
• Participate in testing and validating features built for the lending product
• Drive communications and alignments with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate internally with a variety of teams/squads (including but not limited to Pre Sales, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Product Peers, Engineering Team)
• Exercise a self-directed leadership within the squad
• Be the go to person for internal and external stakeholders regarding the functional capabilities of the Lending platform
• Keep a track of lending business environment, and provide inputs for new feature development to the lending development team

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of APIs, Postman and AWS cloud computing
• Experience with functional tests
• Experience in Market Research and Benchmarking
• MBA or Masters in Finance
