Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech industry
- Strong understanding of onboarding and compliance processes and finance-related concepts
- Ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers
- Track record of delivering successful products and features
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Onboarding product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and deliver product features
- Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our Invoicing product remains competitive
- Drive adoption and usage of the Invoicing product through effective marketing and communication
