Requirements
- Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in roles such as Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, with a strong track record of driving product success
- AI Enablement & Innovation: Proven experience in leveraging AI capabilities, coordinating data flows, optimizing business processes, managing workflows, and integrating systems to enhance product functionality
- Technical Execution & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams to execute product roadmaps, ensuring seamless development and delivery
- B2B Product Success: A history of developing, launching, and scaling successful B2B products, particularly in SaaS and enterprise environments
- AI & Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and modern machine learning techniques
- System Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating with CRMs, CCaaS platforms, and other enterprise systems to create seamless user experiences
- Customer Engagement & Communication: Ability to effectively present and demo products to customers in both pre-sales and post-sales settings
- Market & User Research: Experience owning user research, conducting competitive market analysis, and translating insights into strategic product decisions
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Strong focus on documentation, release management, and milestone tracking for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align and collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Business & Analytical Acumen: Strategic thinker with strong business instincts, data-driven decision-making skills, and technical fluency
- Industry Expertise: Deep experience in SaaS, Customer Support, and Call Center/Contact Center technologies is required; experience in Process Automation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Innovate and Build: Play a key role in designing and developing new products and features that go beyond customer expectations, ensuring they deliver real value and a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with the Engineering team to bring innovative products to market, optimize existing features, and ensure smooth integration of enhancements
- Understand Our Customers: Deeply analyze Zingtree’s customer base, their needs, pain points, and behaviors to drive product decisions and strategic growth
- Develop Strategic Business Plans: Identify and evaluate new opportunities, crafting data-driven business plans that align with market needs and company objectives
- Engage Cross-Functionally: Work effectively with diverse teams—including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success—to align goals and drive initiatives forward
- Gather and Apply Stakeholder Feedback: Actively listen to customers, partners, and internal teams to refine products and ensure we’re meeting market demands
- Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Keep up with the latest advancements in AI technology, identifying opportunities to incorporate cutting-edge innovations into our products
- Monitor Market and Competition: Continuously assess the competitive landscape, industry trends, and key market shifts to inform strategic decisions
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data, analytics, and research to validate assumptions, optimize performance, and guide critical business strategies
