Senior Product Manager, Automation

Summary

Join Vanta as a Senior Product Manager, Automation and contribute to securing the internet and protecting consumer data. You will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of product features, owning the customer voice and prioritizing tasks for your team. Collaborate with cross-departmental partners like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to enhance customer experience. Deeply understand customers and the market, distilling complex problems into prioritized product goals. Deliver high-quality products, addressing customer pain points and creating competitive advantages. Help define and shape Vanta's product team culture. This role requires experience with cloud products, cybersecurity products, or data products, along with 4+ years of product management experience and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Have some prior experience working with cloud products, in cybersecurity products, and/or with data products and querying interfaces
• Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers
• Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
• Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
• Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
• Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
• Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
