As a Senior Product Manager, Care Delivery, you will lead the design and scaling of workflows, tooling, and systems to empower Virta's care teams to deliver high-quality care efficiently and at scale. This role involves redesigning the care model, partnering with clinicians and cross-functional teams, and launching experiments to validate new workflows. You will collaborate with various teams to build tools that improve outcomes and unlock gross margin improvements. The position is part of the newly unified Client & Care Group, connecting Virta's clients to care operations. This role requires significant experience in product management or healthcare delivery innovation and a strong collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent experience in healthcare delivery innovation, clinical ops, or healthcare technology
- Have experience with service design, complex workflows, or care model redesign
- Know how to build for systems—not just features—and have comfort designing across human and software boundaries
- Are a strong collaborator with clinicians, operators, and engineers alike
- Are excited to drive measurable improvements in gross margin, coach capacity, and member outcomes through workflow and systems innovation
- Have a bias toward iteration and experimentation, with experience running lean pilots or A/B tests in complex environments
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for care team workflows and operational tooling, driving efficiency, quality, and capacity at scale
- Co-create solutions with clinical stakeholders—mapping workflows, identifying pain points, and translating needs into productized, scalable systems
- Redesign intervention delivery: who does what, when, and how across our care model, with a focus on cost, impact, and member experience
- Launch experiments (A/B tests, stepped wedge designs) to validate and iterate on new workflows and care models
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, and Clinical Ops to build tools that reduce manual work, improve outcomes, and unlock gross margin improvements
- Champion service design thinking to connect care delivery with member and client experience
- Establish and track metrics related to clinical capacity, coach productivity, intervention efficiency, and care model effectiveness
