Summary

Join CareMessage as a Senior Product Manager and own the strategy and execution of Clinical Data and Interoperability verticals. Build data infrastructure to measure product impact on Health Equity, lead interoperability strategy, and deepen CareMessage integrations across key EHRs. Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and guide product development. You will be a superb communicator, self-starter, and passionate problem-solver with B2B health technology application experience and expertise in Clinical Data and Interoperability. You will deeply understand the products you manage, drive problem prioritization, and apply a deep understanding of users to impact product utilization. You'll work on a small, diverse team and report to the Director of Product.

Requirements

  • Explicit and direct experience with clinical data and interoperability will be required for this role
  • A proven track record of owning product verticals at B2B SaaS Health Technology companies in the realm of Data and Interoperability
  • Proven growth trajectory as a product manager: 2 or more product management roles
  • Demonstrated ability to self-identify and independently solve problems within a product development team (product, design, and engineering) to improve processes, collaboration, and/or team delivery
  • Extensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) and electronic health records
  • You have an interest in working remotely (Our entire company has been remote since 2019!)
  • You have a commitment to building and fostering diversity and inclusion within the teams you have worked with (We have a global team and you will regularly collaborate with people from a variety of walks of life)

Responsibilities

  • Own our Clinical Data Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
  • Own our Interoperability Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
  • Iterate our approach to data through a deep understanding of how our product is designed to improve Health Equity
  • Regularly meet with stakeholders to identify and prioritize users needs, and to help our team evaluate our product roadmap priorities
  • Draft clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) to clearly articulate the customer problem we are trying to solve, and how we see our product solving it
  • Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible
  • Be the point person on the Product team for answering product-related questions internally
  • Help solve resolve user issues and triage feedback
  • Collaborate with other members of the Product team to help set product goals and define success
