Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in retention marketing within a B2C or digital product environment
  • Proven success driving user engagement and business outcomes with data-led CRM strategies
  • Strong understanding of user data, segmentation, and multi-channel journey orchestration
  • Technical mindset with experience in data structures and personalisation logic
  • Proficient in analyzing KPIs and working with complex datasets
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and LLM-powered platforms
  • Background in personalization at scale using advanced data techniques
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience mentoring or leading teamsβ€”or a clear drive to grow into a leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end CRM and retention marketing strategy
  • Design and launch cross-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, onsite) that are timely and relevant
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Analytics teams to build impactful, personalized user journeys
  • Develop advanced automation and personalization frameworks using behavioral, transactional, and contextual data
  • Utilize vector databases and AI to drive contextual targeting and recommendation logic
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), run A/B tests, and iterate based on data insights
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously bring innovative CRM practices into the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with vector databases or CRM systems integrated with large language models (LLMs)
  • Experience building AI-driven workflows in CRM environments
