Summary
Join Remote and lead the Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy for a global HR platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive PLG initiatives (user onboarding, feature adoption), and support sales-assisted strategies. This role requires proven experience in PLG within SaaS, data-driven decision-making, and strong communication skills. You will define and communicate the product vision, lead experiments, and build relationships with stakeholders. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record in driving growth through Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies within a SaaS or tech company
- Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision-making, using analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sigma and product onboarding tools such as Appcues or Navattic
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, experimentation, and A/B testing, and the ability to translate insights into impactful product enhancements
- Ability to define and communicate a clear, inspiring product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, enabling close work with cross-functional stakeholders and customers
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for clear communication across global teams
Responsibilities
- Drive the development, execution, and delivery of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap, focusing on user onboarding, retention, and expansion
- Achieve significant and measurable growth in user engagement, activation, and retention metrics for PLG-focused initiatives
- Define and clearly communicate a product vision and strategy for PLG to stakeholders across teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, facilitating continuous feedback and collaboration
- Lead data-driven experimentation processes, validating assumptions through A/B tests and refining the user experience based on results
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Remoteβs platform, users, and the unique needs of global HR tech
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Figma, Dovetail, Sprig, and Linear is a plus
- Prior experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
