Requirements
- 8+ years of product experience in B2B SaaS space in a product management role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to determine and prioritize key issues
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
- Customer and Partner facing experience: Youβre comfortable in front of customers or third-party collaborators, and have experience navigating customer conversations
- Demonstrated success in implementing product strategies with drive and determination
- Operational rigor: You are strong operationally, capable of designing and driving across-functional team and process
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the product management efforts for our line
- Drive customer engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product vision, strategy and roadmap to meet our current and future customer needs
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to discover potential areas for improvement and support product development
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and product marketing peers and shape, iterate, and deliver business and customer driven outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and drive revenue growth in the market
- Craft messaging and product story in partnership with sales and PMM enablement teams
- Monitor product performance, advocate for best practices and provide insights to inform future iterations that contribute to the product culture & HashiCorp principles
