Senior Product Manager, Seller Experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or internet environment, ideally with a focus on business customers
• Proven track record of successfully building and implementing monetization strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with A/B testing, user research, and conversion optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Self-driven and proactive, with a passion for solving complex problems
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that optimize revenue and deliver exceptional value to our real estate business sellers
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market data and customer behavior to optimize pricing models and identify new monetization opportunities, utilizing A/B testing and predictive modeling
• Design and launch compelling service bundles that cater to the unique needs of our business sellers, fostering loyalty and increasing customer satisfaction
• Partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, and product marketing teams to deliver outstanding product experiences
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, and develop and manage a robust product roadmap that aligns with customer needs and business objectives
• Stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new avenues for growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the real estate industry is considered a significant plus
• Experience in the creation, and management of product strategies, along with corresponding success metric’s
