Summary

Join Grafana Labs as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and be a key member of the Product Marketing team. You will define go-to-market strategies, create marketing materials, manage product launches, and conduct customer research. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, etc)
  • Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
  • A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
  • Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
  • Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
  • Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • A high โ€œsay-doโ€ ratio in executing and delivering impact

Responsibilities

  • Define the go-to-market strategy, ensuring that users, buyers, and sellers understand the value of Grafana Labs and its offerings
  • Partner with engineering and marketing colleagues to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our cloud products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information, competitive positioning, etc
  • Own and manage the launch of new products/features relevant to target buyers
  • Conduct internal and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities
  • Enable go-to-market and sales teams to address customer requirements: clearly define the capabilities of our products and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects
