Senior Product Manager - Vault Cloud

Summary

Join Hashicorp's Secure product team as a Sr. Product Manager I and contribute to the development of SaaS offerings for Vault, Radar, and Boundary. You will lead product management efforts, drive customer engagement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform market research, and partner with design, engineering, and product marketing teams. This role involves developing strategies to increase adoption and revenue growth, crafting messaging and product stories, monitoring product performance, and advocating for best practices. You will work closely with the Vault engineering teams and the HashiCorp Cloud Platform team to support the development and release of Secure SaaS offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience in B2B SaaS space in a product management role
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to determine and prioritize key issues
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
• Customer and Partner facing experience: You’re comfortable in front of customers or third-party collaborators, and have experience navigating customer conversations
• Demonstrated success in implementing product strategies with drive and determination
• Operational rigor: You are strong operationally, capable of designing and driving across-functional team and process
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management efforts for our line
• Drive customer engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product vision, strategy and roadmap to meet our current and future customer needs
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to discover potential areas for improvement and support product development
• Partner closely with design, engineering, and product marketing peers and shape, iterate, and deliver business and customer driven outcomes
• Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and drive revenue growth in the market
• Craft messaging and product story in partnership with sales and PMM enablement teams
• Monitor product performance, advocate for best practices and provide insights to inform future iterations that contribute to the product culture & HashiCorp principles
