Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, delivering complex product solutions with startup speed and agility
  • You deliver meaningful outcomes every week, not every quarter

  • You have a good understanding of business problems, you always link your initiatives to the business needs

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand customer needs and advocate for future customers
  • Create and bring to life Strategy and Vision for Workflow Engines team
  • Collaborate with and inspire Engineering, Data, UX, and other teams to create compelling technical patterns, design systems, and shared features
  • Continuously build trust and improve the team and product
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned work
  • Question existing processes and introduce disruptive ideas that challenge the status quo

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with workflow engines or similar tools, leveraging automation and integrations to optimize processes is a plus
